During the summer, the Lodge is cool and airy with a pleasant breeze coming off the trout pond. There really is nothing on this earth as relaxing as sitting on your deck with a glass of wine and watching the sun set over the Lake with the Southern Alps looking on.
In the winter, the Lodge takes advantage of its north-facing aspect to extract as much heat as possible from the sun. This, coupled with full double glazing throughout and more insulation than you can imagine, keeps our guests snug and comfortable at night.
Decorated with antique and contemporary furniture, and original artworks, the atmosphere is elegant, yet casual.

We suggest Mint Folk & Co, Logans High Country Salmon and Poppies Cafe. They both make the most of our amazing local produce with delicious food and great service.
